General Policies
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
· Clients must be at least 15 years old for permanent jewelry services.
· Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
· A signed waiver is required for all clients.
2. HEALTH & SAFETY
. WE DO NOT OFFER SERVICES ON INDIVIDUALS WITH PACEMAKERS OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE WELDING PROCESS.
· CLIENTS MUST DISCLOSE ANY METAL ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES BEFORE SELECTING THEIR JEWELRY.
· THE PROCEDURE IS QUICK AND PAINLESS, BUT WE REQUIRE CLIENTS TO REMAIN STILL DURING THE PROCESS FOR SAFETY.
3. JEWELRY & WARRANTY
· All permanent jewelry sales are final - NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES AFTER THE CHAIN HAS BEEN CUT.
· We use high-quality sterling silver, and gold-filled materials; however, normal wear and tear may occur over time.
· If your jewelry breaks due to a welding issue, we will re-weld it at no cost.
· Repairs or re-welding after 7 days may incur a small fee.
· If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for any reason (e.g, medical procedure), we offer a re-weld service for a fee.
4. CUSTOMIZATION & SIZING
· Customers are responsible for approving their chain selection and sizing before cutting welding.
· Once the chain has been cut, this is considered final sale (no returns, refund).
· Once welded the size cannot be adjusted without cutting and re-welding, which may incur a fee.
· Custom orders and special requests may require additional processing time.
5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
· Payment is required in full at time of service. We accept cash/debit cards, and digital payments.
· ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY ONCE THE CHAIN HAS BEEN CUT.
· Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
6. GROUP BOOKINGS & EVENTS
Permanent Jewelry Event:
· We offer private parties and group bookings.
· Minimum purchase of 7 bracelets (chain only) at $75 (charms & connectors not included) at 2-hour increment.
· A non refundable retainer fee of 30% of the order is required to secure the date. Must be paid upon signing agreement.
· The remaining balance of is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
· To ensure availability, we recommend booking your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to prepare for your event. However, if your event is sooner, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
· Mobile and pop-up events may have additional fees depending on location.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
· We may take photos / videos for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be featured should notify us ahead of time.
8. LIABILITY WAIVER
· All clients are required to sign a liability waiver.
. Clients acknowledge that permanent jewelry is a voluntary cosmetic service.
· We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, metal sensitivities, or external forces (e.g. snagging on objets).
